How long does it take to receive a response
We strive to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible! You can typically expect a response within 7 to 24 hours. We are available through Monday through Sunday.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Where do you ship?
We ship in the United States only, we are planning to be able to ship in other countries in the future.
How do I care for my OSHIN clothing?
For best results, we recommend hand washing or machine washing on a gentle cycle with cold water. Avoid bleach and tumble drying to maintain the quality of your pieces.
How long does shipping take?
